This form must be submitted to DMV within 10 days of the date of sale
or transfer of interest (ORS 803.112). Full completion of this form only
places a notation on the vehicle record. This form cannot be used as a
bill of sale. Owner name(s) on DMV records cannot change until the title
is submitted for transfer. Purchaser must apply for title to the vehicle
within 30 days of purchase or pay a late penalty fee (ORS 803.090).
